CSPPLAZA: The general manager of SunCan Co., Ltd (SunCan for short) indicates in Sanya International Forum recently, a parabolic trough experience loop set up by SunCan is going to generate steam in September, and it is going to connect to organic Rankine cycle. Most equipments and components of this projects is researched and developed by SunCan.

Meanwhile, SunCan also boost related jobs on the tower power heliostats and face test of parabolic trough reflector.
Besides, the fully automatic solar radiator measuring apparatus researched and developed by SunCan has been test and adopted and it turns out terrific. Yao Zhihao indicates this product has higher price-performance ratio comparing with the same type in foreign countries. At the same time, in order to help the domestic company to get more accurate solar radiation data, SunCan can also rent this product to domestic clients. The clients can use the product with the technical support supplied by SunCan, by only paying the deposit and a small quantity of lease expenses. Yao Zhihao indicates, this service is supplied because currently some clients do not possess professional operational knowledge of this solar radiation measuring apparatus, which leads to deviation. SunCan supply professional technical support to help clients to get accurate data with certain references value.
SunCan plan to set up a 100MW tower power plant molten salt CSP station in Dunhuang, and finish the first stage of 10 MW projects in the middle of 2015. There is 16 hour heat storage system configuration in this projects. Currently it is positively prepared. The ower Dunhuang Shouhang Resources Saving Renewable Ltd was registered in the late July 2013. Yao Zhihao indicates the solar radiation has been tested in Dunhuang and the results turns out satisfactory. It is estimated that the annual DNI is more than 2000kWh/m2. The local Dunhuang government plan to adopt photovoltaic power generation and CSP generation in 3,500,000KW solar power zone. If CSP is proved to be feasible in Dunhuang, the local government will incline to distribute more CSP.
Besides, Shouhang Resources Saving invest 15,000,000RMB on Guangdong Northeast Power Engineering Design Ltd. This Design Institution possess Grade-B qualification certificate of power engineering design. To some extent, the acquisition guarantees the CSP close-loop operation, which push SunCan to be a CSP EPC contractor.
Yao Zhihao reveals that SunCan also plan to open a CSP operation class in some colleges and universities, to cultivate some qualified person in CSP station.
SunCan is a joint venture established in August 2012 by Beijing Shouhang Resources Saving Co., Ltd. The later comers become first within one year. SunCan moves in all CSP chain when currently the relatively depressive CSP industry, from research and development of the related equipment to specific projects.
